Main duties of the job
- Vaccinate 20 to 25 school children per hour (Flu season).
- Work collaboratively to support the team, organisation, and company stakeholders, to facilitate the smooth continuity of service delivery.
- Promote and support the operation of our School Aged Immunisation Service.
- Support Clinical Lead, Team Lead and Programme Managers as applicable.
- Attend sites across different locations as directed by your line manager.
- Deliver an effective, evidence based and competent level of care to patients.
- Participate in clinical supervision and the performance and development of staff.
- Ensure all clinical incidents, near misses and complaints are reported, monitored and processed in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Participate in audits, making recommendations based on findings and sharing outcomes with the team for learning.
- Ensure record keeping is up to date and in line with company policy, procedure and guidelines.
- Actively and constructively contribute to team meetings.
- Undertake Gillick Competency Assessments and take verbal consent from parents and caregivers.

Vaccination UK has been commissioned by NHS England since 2015 to provide school aged immunisations, including Influenza, to pupils across numerous counties and Boroughs across England.
We are also commissioned by NHS England in North London to provide outbreak response in the event of a vaccine preventable disease outbreak, and we provide the infant BCG programme to newborns in North London.
Our mission is to fight disease and save lives by making prevention and treatment easy, accessible and safe.

Job summary
This role leads digital transformation and datadriven improvement across Sphere PCN. The post holder will optimise digital tools, improve EMIS and general practice workflows, strengthen data governance, and support practices to deliver measurable improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join our Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient team on Rydon Ward 1 at the Wellsprings Hospital site in Taunton.
You will be a key member of the inpatient multidisciplinary team, working within a recoveryfocused service and playing a central role in promoting high standards of clinical care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to teamwork and the ability to support and develop others.

Rydon Ward 1 is a 15 bed acute inpatient ward providing assessment and treatment primarily for adults of working age experiencing acute mental health needs. The service mainly supports people living in the Taunton area and also accepts admissions for serving members of the military.

This means you will typically work around 5 hours in the morning to disconnect patients, and another 5 hours in the evening to reconnect them, with a break in the middle of the day. Flexibility is essential; some days may be longer or shorter depending on patient visits, but overall, average out to 40 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
- To administer prescribed IV therapies and associated care and support to patients who are unable to be trained to independence.
- To provide training and education to support patients/carers in the connection and disconnection of Parenteral Nutrition and any other prescribed therapies to independence.
- To provide training and education to support patients/carers to use infusion devices to deliver their therapy/therapies independently.
- To support the provision of a phlebotomy/cannulation service for patients.
What you need to succeed:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (adult).

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and clinically skilled palliative and end of life care clinical nurse specialist to join our dedicated friendly team based at Dorset County Hospital NHSFT. Main duties of the job
To work as a clinical nurse specialist as part of the hospital-based specialist palliative care service, providing a 7 day a week nursing service.
In collaboration with other key personnel, the post holder will review, develop and facilitate palliative care services, ensuring a cohesive, holistic and evidence-based approach to management of palliative care patients.
To work with appropriate members of the Multidisciplinary health professional teams within the community, hospital, and voluntary sector.
The role will provide specialist nursing leadership in line with local/national guidelines.

An exciting opportunity has come up for the Adult Community Nursing Service, Night Nursing. We are currently looking for a Band 5 Community Nurses to work across the Hounslow areas based at Clayponds Hospital. The service operates from 19:00 until 07:00 seven days a week. The service has 2 shifts, 19:00 until 12 midnight (Twilight) and 19:00 until 7:00 AM (Overnight)
Main duties of the job
To provide high quality, skilled nursing care and to assist the Community Nursing Team Manager in the on-going planning, implementation, and evaluation of the holistic needs of the patient/client, family, and/or carer.
Deliver high quality nursing care to housebound patients with complex needs to enable them to remain in their own homes. Working closely with out of hours service providers, specialist nurses, allied health and social care professionals to meet the needs of the patients without unnecessary attendance in A&E or be admitted to hospital.
This will involve working independently but as part of the Community Nursing Team covering a particular geographical area. This will include first assessments and reviews, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of individual programmes of care. Candidate will be expected to be flexible to support corporate approach to patient care as and when required.

Main duties of the job
Role holder is a qualified and registered Nurse or Midwife with additional postgraduate education and registration as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Health Visitor. Health Visitors will provide evidenced-based interventions to meet the health-related needs of individuals, families, groups and communities and be able to assess and evaluate their effectiveness. Health Visitors lead and deliver the Healthy Child Programme (HCP), providing support from pregnancy and throughout childhood until school age; identifying early those children and families who require additional/specialist intervention and support.
Accountable for the quality and professionalism of their work and advice, role holders answer questions about what needs to be done and how to do them, in specific (and often complex) situations. Clinical interventions at this level horizons may be short term or extend beyond weeks/months. Their work will be based on a theoretical understanding of their technical/professional field, but they will be operating within well-established professional procedures and defined Council policies. Work will involve a broad range of complex problems and role holders will need to manage changing priorities and use professional judgement to respond to differing situations.
