An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Band 5 Nurse post within the SACT Outreach Team.
The SACT Outreach Team delivers treatments for Patients closer to home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team providing care closer to home.
The Nurse will be required to provide a supportive role within the SACT Outreach sites for nursing, medical & clerical staff whilst also covering the Oak Road treatment Centre if required. Sites are located at St Ann's Little Hulton, New Mills, Dr Kershaw's Hospice, Bury Hospice, St Luke's Hospice & Tameside MacMillan Unit.
You must have driving licence and access to a car for this role, due to role being part time this would not be suitable for sponsorship opportunities.
Main duties of the job
The SACT Outreach Team delivers treatments for Patients closer to home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team providing care closer to home.
You will also be required to provide support where required to Oak Road Treatment Centre and staff.
The staff ensure that they are providing a supportive environment to enable others to develop excellent skills and knowledge within this field. Once established in the role, you will be expected to co-ordinate Outreach Clinics, develop your clinical skills within SACT and teach others. You will also manage staff, their personal development needs and management of attendance.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is able to demonstrate initiative and vision in continuing to move the service forward whilst assisting in implementing service changes and developments with a positive impact of patient care. Encouraging staff engagement and leading by example showing a strong positive role model.

St Lukes Hospice cares for people approaching the end of their life in Harrow and Brent. We aim to give the people we care for the best possible quality of life, every day. Supporting local people and their families is at the heart of what we do focusing on what matters the most to them is at the centre of our care.
Founded by local communities in 1987, we have been providing free expert end of life care and support to local people both in the community and from our beautiful Kenton Grange building, surrounded by tranquil gardens.
Two thirds of our care is provided in the comfort of peoples homes, as we respect that this is where most people would like to be looked after. Our specialist community team of nurses helps people to manage more complex needs whilst our Hospice at Home team supports people to remain in their own homes by providing practical care and support.
Our inpatient unit (IPU) at Kenton Grange cares for people in their final days, providing intensive care to help get symptoms under control or give respite care. Many of the people who are cared for in our IPU go home again.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for nurses with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. You will work closely with the ward Multi-Disciplinary team, Ward Sisters and wider clinical team to ensure high quality, holistic support in their preferred place of care. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred nursing care. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will support patients with complex needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of physical, psychological, and emotional support. You will also act as a role model and mentor to colleagues, junior staff and students, fostering a caring and professional environment.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate & Clinical Governance Administrator to provide professional, confidential, and efficient administrative support across our Corporate and Clinical Governance functions. Main duties of the job

Support the management of governance documentation, ensuring policies, procedures, guidelines and terms of reference are reviewed, maintained and accessible. Assist with governance processes including incident reviews, After Action Reviews, Subject Access Requests, Access to Health Records Requests and Coroner enquiries. Provide diary, inbox and communication support where required, acting as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
