We are delighted to be able to offer a committed and experienced Nurse, who will provide clear leadership within the multi-disciplinary team and provide line management support to identified staff. the opportunity to join our team of Clinical Services Coordinators and Clinical Services Nurses, within our friendly and forward thinking children's community Neurodevelopmental Team.
You will work closely with our AHP and Nursing service leads to ensure our teams are able to provide a safe and effective Autism Assessment Service for our Children, Young People and their families.
You will also work closely with the Operational Manager, ensuring efficient delivery of assessments for children and young people.
You will be expected to liaise with the wider system across health, education and social care to offer the best possible support to families of children with suspected ASD/ADHD/neurodevelopmental needs.
To make effective use of our virtual and mobile working technology and IT systems, you will also have good IT skills.
Main duties of the job
To provide clear clinical leadership within the NDP autism service for junior nurses and identified clinical and support staff
To be responsible for supporting the co-ordination of clinical activities within the service, participating in clinical activity in the service including undertaking assessments as part of the autism assessment pathway
To ensure that safe high-quality care is maintained by providing clinical judgement to undertake clinical harms reviews, safe care reviews and safe discharges, ensuring these processes are implemented and maintained as per the service guidance
- Management - Day to day management responsibility for Autism pathway team members, including, but not limited to; junior nurses, clinical assistants and healthcare workers

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Community nurse to join our Cambridge North Villages Nursing Team.
You will be working as part of a team which includes a Community Nursing Clinical Lead, Community Nurses (RN), and Healthcare Assistants. You will link closely with colleagues outside of CPFT including GPs and other members of the multidisciplinary team to support excellent nursing care at home, reducing the necessity for acute hospital admission.

Main duties of the job
Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You will lead the team of Inpatient Nursery Nurses, holding a professional leadership role jointly with their Team Managers who retain oversight of management, supervision and an overview of job planning and service development.
You will liaise with other members of the clinical team with regard to the spectrum of care for babies. You will also participate in monthly service performance, delivery and business meetings, multi- professional team meetings, handover meetings and other opportunities for feedback and discussion, as required.
You will alongside the Team Psychologist to develop and implement programmes of parent-infant relationship support for the mothers and families within the service. You will alsooversee the organisation and planning of structures play and stay groups for services users and their children.

What you'll do:
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of nursery nurses and support staff.
- Deliver high-quality care to infants, ensuring their safety, emotional wellbeing, and developmental needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, including nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, and occupational therapists.

The successful applicant will join the senior team, offering advice and practical support to staff & patients, on the management of tissue viability issues. The provision of specialist clinical advice for individual patients includes referral management, telephone triage, remote assessment & planning, face-to-face complex assessment & recommendations. Main duties of the job
Working effectively within the team you will provide evidence based interventions. You will manage a caseload of patients and will be required to undertake assessments and reviews. Using a Care Programme Approach, you will be a care coordinator , communicating effectively with those involved in the care of our patients in custody and on release.
The role will require you to be a reflective practitioner, eager to work collaboratively with patients, carers and team members to contribute to the delivery of an effective, dynamic, specialist mental health service.
You will work with individuals from initial assessment through to discharge, which can include transferring care to other providers such as hospitals or CMHTs whilst working with a variety of agencies in the Offender Health Pathway. You will help to rehabilitate and support service users to live hopeful and fulfilling lives as members of the community.

We have two Band 5 vacancies at the 6 bedded unit (located in Kings Norton) that provides short breaks for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
The unit offers a high standard of nursing care, assessment, monitoring and review. Our services provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year and our nursing staff work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights.
We want to hear from enthusiastic, motivated, pro-active and caring professionals who feel as strongly as we do about our trust values; accessible, quality, responsive, caring, ethical and commitment.
The successful post holder will assist with the day to day running of the clinical area and will offer support, advice and supervision to junior staff, with support from senior clinicians and MDT members.

You will work collaboratively with the Neonatal and Maternity MDT to facilitate the co-ordination of infant feeding activities within the Maternity Unit, ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators and National Directive Programs such as the Baby Friendly Initiative and quality improvement projects to improve Neonatal outcomes.

The Wound Healing Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is a key member of the Wound Healing Service and Integrated Neighbourhood senior clinical workforce, providing expert leadership and specialist knowledge to improve wound healing outcomes across the city.
This dynamic and influential role combines advanced clinical practice, education, quality improvement, governance, service development, and research to drive excellence in wound care across community services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time research nurse in the Yorkshire Quality and Safety Research Group at the Bradford Institute for Health Research, based at the BRI. Job summary
The Senior Inquests Officer will work within the Legal Services Department at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT), overseeing the day-to-day management and monitoring of Inquests at the Trust. Reporting to the Inquests Managers, this role will be undertaken in collaboration with the Associate Director (AD) of Legal Services, Senior Inquest Advocate, Inquest Managers, and Inquests Officer.
You will support managing allocated Coronial matters by liaising with Coroner's Officers, Interested Persons, solicitors (if appointed), and Trust clinicians. Responsibilities include obtaining and ensuring the accuracy of witness statements and relevant documents (including medical records), complying with disclosure requirements, and preparing these for the coroner or other Interested Persons as needed.
A key part of the role involves undertaking advocacy on behalf of the Trust at Pre-Inquest Review hearings in Coroners' Court. These hearings often involve complex clinical and procedural issues, sensitive family concerns, and legal scrutiny. The post-holder will be responsible for presenting the Trust's position clearly, responding to queries from the Coroner and Interested Persons, and providing on-the-spot advice and reassurance to Trust staff in attendance, ensuring they feel supported in what can be highly stressful situations.

The Senior Inquests Officer will maintain close communication with Coroner's Officers and assess the need for legal representation, applying to NHS Resolution for funding when required.
You will act as a primary point of contact and support for all staff called to give evidence, ensuring that pre-Inquest meetings are arranged and conducted effectively.

The Haematology Clinical Nurse Specialist is a highly skilled nursing professional who is responsible for providing specialised care and support to patients with haematological malignancies.
This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, patient education, and developing advanced clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient's needs.
You will work alongside the other haematology nurses, developing new and appropriate skills to provide excellent care to an ever-increasing case load. There will be many opportunities in this role to develop new skills, including undertaking bone marrow biopsies and running nurse-led clinics.

Main duties of the job
As a Haematology-Oncology Nurse Specialist, you will engage in a variety of critical tasks focused on patient care and clinical support.
The post holder will be working with patients who have haematological cancers. The successful candidate will be supported to develop competence and skill in undertaking bone marrow biopsies, blood monitoring, contributing to multi-disciplinary team meetings, participating in outpatient clinics and triaging and responding to helpline calls.
Within your role, you will support in providing expert advice related to specific conditions or treatment pathways whilst focusing on improving patient care and service development. You'll assess patients holistically, plan, implement and evaluate evidence based care.
You will provide specialist advice to patient families and carers and the wider multidisciplinary team and carry out specialist nursing procedures in relation to haematology patients.
You will also act in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Code of Conduct. Provide a specialist nursing service for patients with haematological conditions who require support and treatment through continuum of care.
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage caseload of patients, delivering a high quality service which is linked to a high standard of patient care.

Main duties of the job
As a key member of the Pharmacy Homecare Team, you will support the delivery and ongoing development of the Trust's Homecare Medicines and OPAT services.
