The post is currently available to cover areas across Adult Mental Health, Crisis Services and Older People Services . The Acute Matron post is an essential role in promoting leadership across our Acute Directorate.
We are currently seeking confident, proactive professional leaders who will contribute to our vision for the future of the Acute Directorate. Managerial experience and an understanding of leading and managing a service is an essential part of the role. Main duties of the job
The postholder will be a collaborative, inclusive and compassionate leader with values and behaviours that inspire high standards of care and pride in the profession.
In conjunction with the Care Group senior leadership team, the postholder will create a positive safety culture, where the environment is collaboratively crafted, created, and nurtured so that everybody (individual staff, teams, patients, families, and carers) can flourish to ensure the best, safe, quality care by:
1. Continuous learning and improvement of safety risks
2. Supportive, psychologically safe teamwork
3. Enabling and empowering speaking up by all
The post holder, will demonstrate highly visible leadership, be responsible for the delivery of safe and therapeutic care, using an effective governance framework within a defined set of teams or/and ward team areas. In line with 'The Matron's Handbook. NHS Updated July 2021.

The Children's Ward are seeking to recruit a motivated, organised and enthusiastic acting Senior Sister/Ward Manager to oversee the managerial responsibilities and duties of the ward.
Main duties of the job
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Sister/Ward Manager who is committed to high quality care for children, young people and their families and providing excellent educational experience for student nurses.
You will demonstrate professional attributes, including diversity, dealing with change and the ability to learn new skills in the assessment and care of all paediatric patients and their families.
Working as part of a team of Medical Staff, Staff Nurses, Trainee Nursing Associate/Nursing Associates, Clinical Educators, Play and Activity Leaders, Healthcare Assistants, and Housekeepers, you will be responsible for providing the highest standard of evidenced based patient care. You will also be responsible for supporting and developing staff and providing an excellent learning environment for student nurses.
The Division is progressive and innovative, continually striving to improve services for children, young people and their families. The Division operates a rotational policy, when necessary, across both sites in order to meet service and development needs.
It is essential that you are registered paediatric nurse and have post registration experience 12 months of which must be at Band 6 level. You will be computer literate, have a teaching and mentorship qualification and will be educated to degree level in a health related subject (or willingness to commence degree programme within 1 year in post)

Main duties of the job
As a Substance Misuse Nurse your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, prioritising patient care to develop individualised packages of care through comprehensive assessment and recovery planning.
- You will deliver a range of treatment options including clinical and psychosocial interventions in both a group and 1-1 setting with recovery at the centre of our healthcare wellbeing model.
- You will monitor therapeutic responses to medication and potential side effects and liaise with prescribers.
- You will work with individuals, on a 1-1 basis, providing advice and information.
- You will support in group work delivery and liaise with prescribers and Recovery Practitioners on clinical interventions.
- You will occasionally be required to support dispensing.

Main duties of the job
As a Primary Care Nurse your responsibilities will vary. You will

A permanent full-time job opportunity has become available for a CEN Practitioner within the North Bristol area of the BNSSG Wide Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) Team. We are looking for a qualified and registered healthcare professional or a qualified clinical associate psychologist to join our team to deliver care, treatment and service improvements for people seeking support for Complex Emotional Needs. This role supports the North Bristol Recovery Teams in delivering quality relational work for this client group and includes running Group Interventions within the Structured Clinical Management evidence-based treatment programme.
We require a committed, compassionate, proactive and enthusiastic individual, with previously acquired skills and knowledge in working effectively alongside people with difficulties associated with Complex Emotional Needs. They need to be reliable and offer a consistent and attuned relational clinical stance.

Main duties of the job

Working closely with the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team, the Charge Nurse will support the coordination of daily ward activity, uphold governance standards, and ensure that the ward environment promotes dignity, safety, and compassionate care in line with the Trust's values and RDaSH's 28 Promises.

- To lead shifts and oversee day-to-day clinical activity, ensuring safe staffing, effective delegation, and clear communication.

This really is an exciting time to join the Psychosis team, we have recently reviewed the community directorate and have undergone a community remodel. The post is currently available to cover areas across Adult Mental Health, Crisis Services and Older People Services . The Acute Matron post is an essential role in promoting leadership across our Acute Directorate.

Main duties of the job
The postholder will be a collaborative, inclusive and compassionate leader with values and behaviours that inspire high standards of care and pride in the profession.
In conjunction with the Care Group senior leadership team, the postholder will create a positive safety culture, where the environment is collaboratively crafted, created, and nurtured so that everybody (individual staff, teams, patients, families, and carers) can flourish to ensure the best, safe, quality care by:

2. Supportive, psychologically safe teamwork
3. Enabling and empowering speaking up by all
