Job summary
As an Assistant Rota Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Rota Co-ordinators to provide a comprehensive, high quality and effective service in the delivery of junior doctor rota co-ordination, ensuring minimum staffing is maintained at all times.
You will also be responsible for securing and booking bank and agency doctors at the appropriate rates.
Main duties of the job
The key responsibilities of this role will include carrying out any tasks relating to the resourcing of Medical Staff for designated specialties, ensuring an efficient process is followed to run an effective Medical Service 24/7, and minimise spend on locums whilst ensuring safe staffing..
The post holder will provide an efficient and high-quality rostering data administration service to their designated Rota Co-ordinators, supporting the use and maintenance of systems, data and information and ensuring robust data cleanse processes are carried out regularly.
Managing the Rotateam inbox on behalf of the wider team.
Act as authorised signatory for finalsing bank shifts on the Roster system, cross checking rosters/Rota's for accuracy and be responsible for processing claim forms for Senior Clinicians.
To provide cover to the Band 5 Rota Co-ordinators ensuring their rota's / rosters are kept up to date in their absence
Educated to BTEC/NVQ3 or equivalent qualification and / or experience, knowledge of Rostering platforms providing an eRostering Service and Roster building experience is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and work to project timescales is a must.

Job summary

The post holder will support clinical team roll-outs, successfully implementing the full functionality of the eRostering system including self-service, roster creation, roster administration, roster analysis/ approval, time and attendance, management dashboards, bank module and validating rosters for payroll.
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, knowledge of Rostering platforms providing an eRostering Service and Roster building experience is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and work to project timescales is a must.
This role is to be worked over 5 days Monday to Friday
Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting time to join us we are preparing for brand new purpose built Day Nursery which will remain on site.
An enthusiastic, caring, highly motivated childcare practitioner is required to join our busy nursery team. The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Studies and have previous post qualifying experience of working with children aged 0 - 60 months within a day nursery setting. A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage is essential.
The hours required are 26.5 per week working different shift patterns to meet the needs of the service
