You must have significant post registration experience with excellent clinical nursing knowledge and eager to develop your managerial skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial with the ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team. If you are a motivated individual with a desire to enhance your clinical and leadership skills, we can offer a wide range of training and development opportunities.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will take responsibility for the daily management, co-ordination and delivery of evidence-based care and provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team. This includes being involved with shift planning, taking appropriate action to adjust staffing levels and to prioritise the workload in accordance with patient need, service demand and the availability and skills of staff.
The post holder will be involved with providing and supervising the holistic care for the patients delivered by the team and working in collaboration with other professionals to ensure that the best care is optimised at all times. The role involves assessing, providing advice and administering evidence-based care as appropriate to patients within Health & Justice. This includes leading physical health services as part of a multi-disciplinary team to plan, provide and evaluate a range of health interventions to meet prisoner healthcare needs and contribute to the wider continuous development of integrated prison healthcare services. Demonstrate knowledge, skills and understanding of health issues and evidence-based treatment options to provide primary care physical health, clinical and operational guidance to all staff on matters relating to physical health and wellbeing within the prison setting.

Job summary
The Macmillan Acute Oncology Nursing Service is now a well established service within Hywel Dda University Health Board.
We are looking for a motivated Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the current team, providing excellent clinical skills and experience to review patients admitted with either complications of anti cancer treatment, complications of malignancy or new diagnosis of malignancy during an emergency admission.
The base of this role will be Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth. However, the post will require the successful applicant to work flexibly across all three sites in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire (Withybush General Hospital, Glangwili General Hospital and Prince Philip Hospital).
The post holder will also occasionally work on the oncology and haematology SACT cancer treatment triage line.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a key member of the Health Board with an opportunity to demonstrate leadership, innovation, negotiation and teaching. The post holder will have the ability to work under pressure, be keen to face challenges, be well organised and enthusiastic, possess good IT skills, excellent communication skills and be able to work as an effective member of a Multidisciplinary Team.
The purpose of this role is to provide specialist oncology nursing advice, guidance, support and leadership.
Work autonomously and manage own workload.
Provide specialist education and training to Staff.
The main focus of this role will be to support the care of inpatients, requiring specialist oncology advice during an admission to hospital.
There will be occasional shifts that will require the post holder to support the Health Board Cancer Treatment Triage Line. This is a seven day working post and includes weekend shifts pro rata.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Job summary
Sequoia is a specialist NHS-commissioned service, co-delivered by Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership (AWP) and Rethink Mental Illness, supporting adults with mild-moderate complex emotional needs (CEN) and personality difficulties across the BNSSG area. Rooted in lived experience and recovery principles, the service provides evidence-based group interventions including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed groups, Mentalisation-Based Treatment (MBT)-informed groups, psychoeducation courses, and peer support programmes.
As a Band 6 Specialist Practitioner and Group Facilitator, you will either deliver DBTi or MBTi groups, enabling service users to manage emotional intensity, build resilience, and achieve recovery goals. You will work collaboratively with NHS teams, voluntary and community partners, and service users to promote wellness, safety, and inclusion.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Community nurse to join our Cambridge North City team.
You will be working as part of a team which includes a Community Nursing Clinical Lead, Community Nurses (RN), and Healthcare Assistants. You will link closely with colleagues outside of CPFT including GPs and other members of the multidisciplinary team to support excellent nursing care at home, reducing the necessity for acute hospital admission.

Main duties of the job
Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. We provide a service 7 days a week, working closely with other community services and PCN's to provide high standard holistic care to the population of Peterborough.

Main duties of the job
Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. As a community staff nurse, you will be working as an autonomous practitioner within the multi-disciplinary community nursing team. You will provide high standard of nursing care and interventions within the patient's own home, with support from the wider team.
The patient will be at the centre of care being provided, ensuring patient and carer participation in decision making. You will be accountable for assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment to patients within professional guidelines. Patient needs will be identified through holistic nursing.
You will have opportunity to provide support and education to peers, new staff and students.

The Integrated Procedures Unit (IPU) has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, organised and competent Staff Nurse to join our core nursing team.
This role is for 37.5 hours per week, worked over 4 days. IPU is currently open 07:30-19:30 Monday to Friday, so this is a great opportunity to achieve an excellent work-life balance whilst joining a dynamic nurse-led service.

Following a positive recommendation from the UK National Screening Committee and the successful delivery of a pilot in the North Rhondda area, the Welsh Government has approved the implementation of Lung Screening Wales as a new national screening programme. Thisrepresentsa significant development for healthcare in Wales and offers an exciting opportunity for compassionate,motivatedand innovative individuals to play a key role in delivering this important service.
We are seeking to recruit two Senior Screening Nurses to support the development and implementation of Lung Screening Wales. In theinitialphase, post holders will contribute to service planning and pathway development while providing nursing support across the Screening Division. Working across screening programmes will broaden their understanding of population health and the contribution of screening to improving outcomes, reducing health inequalities, and delivering the Duty of Quality.
As the programme transitions into operational delivery, the successful candidates will assume a pivotal leadership role in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe,effectiveand participant-centred care. They will helpmaintainhigh-quality clinical standards and support continuous service improvement.
Main duties of the job
There are multiple steps in the lung cancer screening pathway, including cohort identification and invitation, risk assessment, CT scanning, CT scan reporting, integrated smokingcessationand actioning results. The Senior Screening Nurse will support the planning and delivery of the risk assessment element of the pathway. The risk assessment's will be completed using standardised riskprediction models, with a set of fixed questions used to generate a risk score for each participant.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Community nurse to join our Cambridge North Villages Nursing Team.
You will be working as part of a team which includes a Community Nursing Clinical Lead, Community Nurses (RN), and Healthcare Assistants. We have two Band 5 vacancies at the 6 bedded unit (located in Kings Norton) that provides short breaks for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
The unit offers a high standard of nursing care, assessment, monitoring and review. Our services provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year and our nursing staff work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights.

The successful post holder will assist with the day to day running of the clinical area and will offer support, advice and supervision to junior staff, with support from senior clinicians and MDT members.

Job summary
The Urology assistant Practitioner will form an integral part of the multidisciplinary team in caring for the physical, social and psychological needs of patients and carers diagnosed with Urological conditions throughout their treatment pathway.

Main duties of the job
- The role will be patient facing for patients with Urological conditions.
- To support patients and be a direct point of contact for patients on the 28 faster diagnosis .
- Triaging telephone calls and providing basic advice and support.
- Liaising and referring to other appropriate healthcare professionals especially within the community
- Arranging and supporting clinics with Intravesical treatments.
- Completing flow and scan clinics alongside TWOCs
- Arranging and triaging of the electronic Holistic Needs Assessments (eHNA) during the cancer patient pathway. This will include the navigator assisting the patient with completing their eHNA where appropriate. This will ensure that patients are signposted in a timely manner to appropriate services.
- Ensure the appropriate management of patient information and the co-ordination of patient pathways through collaborative working with medical secretaries, MDT coordinators, clinical nurse specialists and other departments as required within the Trust
- To work with the CNS's to develop and embed the Living With and Beyond Cancer agenda within the Urology service.
- To assist in the development of end of treatment summaries alongside the lead CNS to ensure the timely communication of patient information to the primary care setting.
- To ensure the appropriate and timely booking of outpatient appointments.

We are pleased to be offering a very exciting opportunity for a Midwife with a passion for infant feeding to take on the role of Midwifery Infant Feeding Lead on a 12-month, fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

Supporting staff in the embedding and development of Baby Friendly UNICEF Standards across Maternity and the Neonatal Unit.
You will work collaboratively with the Neonatal and Maternity MDT to facilitate the co-ordination of infant feeding activities within the Maternity Unit, ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators and National Directive Programs such as the Baby Friendly Initiative and quality improvement projects to improve Neonatal outcomes.

Job summary
The Wound Healing Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is a key member of the Wound Healing Service and Integrated Neighbourhood senior clinical workforce, providing expert leadership and specialist knowledge to improve wound healing outcomes across the city.
This dynamic and influential role combines advanced clinical practice, education, quality improvement, governance, service development, and research to drive excellence in wound care across community services. The post holder will lead on the development and implementation of evidence-based wound healing strategies, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, equitable, and patient-centred care.
Working across community and neighbourhood teams, the CNS will provide highly specialist clinical advice, leadership, supervision, and support to multidisciplinary colleagues managing patients with complex wounds and those at risk of wound development. The role includes direct patient assessment and intervention, clinical escalation, case review, and the management of complex wound healing challenges, ensuring patients receive timely access to specialist expertise and optimised treatment pathways.
Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.

The Wound Healing Clinical Nurse Specialist will provide expert clinical leadership for wound prevention and management across the city, working collaboratively with community, neighbourhood and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and promote excellence in wound care

The post holder will be responsible for leading and delivering wound healing education and clinical skills development across the workforce, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in practice. As a senior clinical leader, the CNS will play a pivotal role in clinical governance, quality assurance, incident investigation, and service evaluation.
