Job summary
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for supporting your Manager in ensuring that our service users' needs are met through the delivery of high-quality Casting Care. This will be achieved by training and achieving on the British Casting Certificate, British Orthopaedic Association.
As an Orthopaedic centre of excellence, the Plaster Department prides itself on its person-centred approach to their independence and well-being. The patients range from small babies to adults, also caring for patients with special needs as well as supporting cares and families. Advise on cast care and the complications that can occur while they are In cast.
Main duties of the job
Maintain a high standard of clinical work when carrying out nursing and casting procedures. Maintaining stock levels, ensuring materials ordered when required.
Responsible for the safe custody of the Emergency trolley, including checking and reordering medical gases and any other medication. Ensure compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will motivate colleagues, champion service user safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement in Casting.

Practice in accordance with the NMC/ BOA casting standards. Adhere to hospital Policies and assist in promoting an open and friendly working environment, being inclusive and supportive of your colleagues, and embracing differences.
Attending to the Casting needs of outpatients, inpatients and patients in theatres and scanning. Our clientele are children, adults, patient with special needs.
You must be able to work well in a small team, and be required to assist with casting and on completion of the British Casting Certificate be able to apply casts independently without supervision. Providing assessment, planning, application of a wide variety of casts and evaluation and solving of various casting problems.
Assisting the Orthotics team with negative casting within the plaster department.
Attending to wounds under casts as required/taking out sutures and liaising with other members of the Multidisciplinary teams as required. Working in different areas providing cast care, such as on the wards, MRI, Theatres as and when required.
Participate and teach as appropriate in the departments in-service education programme seeking to develop nursing practice. Seek to develop their own professional and personal development, completing the BOA Casting Certificate, ensuring mandatory training is kept up to date as per hospital policy. To attend suitable casting study days/conferences in order to keep up to date with innovation and research in this field.
Assist with maintenance of equipment and stock levels, develop and awareness of cost implications of equipment and supplies.
Mentoring students and supporting other learners within the department. Give formal lectures as required for the department and assisting in any department projects pertinent to the Casting field.
Participate in nursing/casting audits and assist in the setting and evaluation of standards of care.
Practice unsupervised according to approved procedures within casting and Orthopaedic casting standards.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a qualified Health Visitor. You will work autonomously as part of the Integrated Early Years Service (Health Visiting & Family Support) managing a designated caseload of children and families, in order to improve their health and enable them to reach their full potential.
You will work collaboratively with other agencies to provide high quality care to children and families. Child protection work will involve gathering and analysing information to make informed assessments, appropriate referrals and participating and contributing at case conferences and core group meetings.
You will support public health initiatives in line with local and national priorities which promote, protect and improve the health of the population and reduce health inequalities.

We are looking for an trainee psychotherapist with experience working with children under 5 years of age and their families to work in the CAMHS Inner London Under 5s Team.
The post holder will be embedded within our community services' multi-disciplinary teams responsible for the support of children and their families through initial assessment, consultation and intervention. The post holder will work alongside and assist with the clinical management of clients as agreed by the MDTs:
By assisting with the planning of clients' treatment/care & support by undertaking psychological assessments for psychological interventions offered in groups and individually.
By assisting with the implementation of aspects of clients' care & support plans by providing psychological interventions of a routine nature, under the clinical supervision of a qualified professional psychotherapist drawing on their supervisor's expertise and intervention as and when advised and directed.
By providing time limited assistance and support using psychotherapeutic approaches to enable service users overcome practical and psychological difficulties/barriers impacting on their individual recovery,
Undertaking clinically related administration, conduct of audits, collection of statistics, and development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work.
Main duties of the job
The post involves seeing children and their families in family hubs and in the CAMHS clinic, as well as supporting the clinical work completed by the team.
You should be interested in offering focussed psychodynamic work to cases where there is a degree of complexity, as well as providing consultations to the networks supporting children and their families. You will receive supervision from experienced psychotherapists to support ou in your role.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include:
1. Kensington and Chelsea CAMHS is well established multi-disciplinary team. We aim to provide an accessible, flexible and responsive local service for patients and professionals working with children in the area. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Regents Health Primary Care Network in the North Westminster Mental Health Hub.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinician looking to work at the front door of urgent mental health services in CNWL.
The SPA/OOHCR Senior Practitioner will play a crucial role in delivering urgent mental health support to people in mental health crisis.
The SPA is CNWL's 24/7 crisis line and urgent referral service where clinicians work primarily over the telephone to conduct clinical triages and support callers to access crisis support in a timely manner, and to remain in the community.
The service also provides face to face crisis assessments between 8pm and 8am across Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, K&C and Westminster. Within these hours clinicians will travel to peoples' homes and conduct assessments in order to provide an alternative to attending A&E.
We believe that the best care is delivered by enthusiastic and skilled healthcare professionals who are passionate about crisis support and understanding of the social stressors that can contribute to people feeling distressed. The service values those with a wealth of experience of mental health conditions and their treatment.
You will also be prepared to work nights and be involved in the clinical supervision of the staff undertaking the OOHs crisis assessment role.
Main duties of the job
The key elements of this post are:
-Overseeing and conducting rapid engagement with service users over the telephone and in-personby conducting face to face assessment in their homes.
-Delivering care and training/supervising others to ensure a high level of triage, assessment andsignposting of service users to statutory and non-statutory support services.
-Working closely with our Bed management services, home treatment teams and psychiatric liaison teams and the Mental Health Crisis assessment services as well as having an excellent understanding of CNWL referral pathways in secondary care

We are seeking motivated Band 6 practitioners to join our Assertive Outreach Team (AOT), a new, high-impact service designed to support individuals with severe mental illness who are at risk of disengaging from services and require intensive, proactive, community-based care.
This is a dynamic, community-facing role, focused on engaging patients in their homes and local environments to stabilise their mental health and reduce crisis presentations.
The Assertive Outreach Team (AOT) role is fundamentally a patient-facing position, focused on engaging and managing individuals who are often reluctant to engage with services. These activities promote social inclusion, recovery, and a sense of purpose, and are offered both on the wards and within the local community.

Main duties of the job
The Activity Co-ordinator role is a dynamic and rewarding patient-facing role, central to delivering holistic care and supporting the smooth operation of an inpatient acute mental health ward.
You will need to be creative and possess determination to continually improve / adapt and mould the offers of therapeutic, recovery and skill-based groups in order to promote recovery and independence amongst our service users.
We are looking for someone who has:

We will develop a new community mental health way of working and modernise community mental health services, taking into account the particular needs of our four places (Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton). Our new model will focus on supporting people living in their communities with mental health challenges.
Your role will include working as a Care Coordinator where you will have responsibility for managing a caseload of service users with mental health needs who have been referred to the team via a number of access points. As a further extension of this role you will also be involved in Crisis management as part of the duty system and you will undertake the role of the duty nurse on a rostered basis. You will work from our community base facility, via phone/agile working or within the service user's home.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, preferably with adult and community mental health experience, you will be responsible for assessing and formulating individual interventions, plans and outcome measures that promote recovery, in line with the recovery Model and relevant legislation for all people on your case load.
You will need to have an up to date knowledge of NHS policies and practices in mental health. The successful applicants will have previous experience of a range of therapeutic interventions and psychotropic medications. You will have proven ability to work with partner agencies, lead projects and motivate people to deliver them. You will have excellent communication skills with a flexible approach.The team is committed to provide safe, sound and supportive services. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our Psychology Administration Team as a Medical Secretary / Assistant Team Leader.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
The post holder will work within the Facial Lipoatrophy Service to provide assessment and non-surgical treatment for moderate to severe Facial Lipoatrophy in patients living with HIV. This service aims to restore facial appearance and improve patient experience and satisfaction.
Treatment of Facial Lipoatrophy is delivered by deep dermal injections of Poly-L-Lactic Acid PLLA (New-Fill) directly into the face. This helps to correct HIV related lipoatrophy and aims to restore facial appearance. Training in the administration of the New-Fill treatment is required to ensure efficacy and safety. The Facial Lipoatrophy Service is centralised and managed by the Chelsea and Westminster HIV services. All patients attending London HIV Clinics with moderate to severe Facial Lipoatrophy are eligible to be referred for New-Fill treatments.

Main duties of the job
As a Substance Misuse Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, prioritising patient care to develop individualised packages of care through comprehensive assessment and recovery planning
- Deliver a range of treatment options including clinical and psychosocial interventions in both a group and 1-1 setting with recovery at the centre of our healthcare wellbeing model

Job summary
Birchwood Medical Centre is seeking a reliable, flexible and motivated individual to join our friendly GP practice team, providing cover across reception and general office administration.
This is a varied and patient-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and can adapt to changing priorities. You will play a key part in ensuring continuity of service during staff absence, peak demand and operational pressures.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, delivering a professional, compassionate and efficient service at all times, while also supporting essential administrative functions behind the scenes.
This is a fixed term post until 31 March 2027, but there may be potential for continuing employment in the future. You will work full-time 37.5 hours per week as follows:
Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm (with one hour lunch break)
This role is part of the additional role reimbursement scheme (ARRS), led by NHS England.ARRS roles are recruited to support East Warrington Primary Care Network which comprises three GP Practices.Each individual Practice employs ARRS staff, however on occasions the Network may experience a short staff supply and therefore to ensure business continuity, you may be asked to work across the other Practices within the PCN to ensure a fair allocation and to ensure business runs smoothly for our patients.This would usually be for a short period of time until PCN business resumes to normal.
Main duties of the job
This role is primarily to provide cover for absent colleagues and will involve working on our busy reception and in our administration office according to need.
You must have a very flexible approach to work as you may at times be required adjust your start time to 8.00 am or finish at 6.30 pm depending on the cover required.

We have 3 GP partners and 7 salaried GP's, a nurse clinician, practice nurses, a nursing associate, HCA/phlebotomists and an expanding complement of ARRs staff. Our administrative team consists of receptionists, administrators, scanning/coding administrators and medical secretaries.
We strive to deliver the best care at all times for our patients whilst providing a friendly, caring environment for both our patients and staff.

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Learning Disabilities Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Respond as directed by the Mental Health Team Manager in the day to day operational functioning of the Mental Health team.

Main duties of the job
As a Mental Health Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will

Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Provide outstanding care to our patients, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them
- You will contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics as well as assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Deliver non-judgemental care involving anything from health promotion clinics and observations to supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centres and on wings and house blocks.
- Inspire excellence by forging strong links within our teams, our partners and stakeholders and providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of
